Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

- One box of yellow cake mix (follow directions on back of box)

-3oz box strawberry gelatin (follow directions on back of box)

For the Frosting:

-8oz cream cheese softened

-1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

-1 cup powder sugar

-1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

-1 box of Golden Oreo's (crushed)

-3oz box strawberry gelatin powder

-Fresh Strawberries optional for garnish

Directions:

1. Bake cake as directed and let it get cool.

2. Make 1 box of jello as directed and set aside liquid.

3. In a mixer beat the whipping cream until it stiffens up add in softened cream cheese until combined smooth. Add in powder sugar and vanilla. Set mixture aside.

4. Poke holes in the cake with a the end of a wooden spoon (all over the cake)

5. Por over the jello liquid mixture over the cake and let it cool in the fridge for 1hr.

6. Spread the frosting mixture over cake and let it get cold in the fridge for another 30 min.

7. In a ziplock gallon bag add in whole box of golden Oreos and crust with a wooden spoon. Add in 3oz bag of strawberry jello powder into Oreos and mix in bag until incroporated.

8. Spread crumble mix onto top of cake and enjoy!!
