Raspberry Scones

Ingredients:
DRY
-2 cups flour
-1 cup sugar
-1 tbsp. baking powder
-1 tsp of salt
-6 tbsp. of cold butter (cubed) (don't let it sit take it right out of the fridge)
WET
-1 egg
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-1 tsp of vanilla
-1 cup of Raspberries (or any fruit that you like blueberry, blackberries or choc chips)
Directions:
1. In a bowl add in all of your dry ingredients and whisk. Add in your butter and mix in with a pastry cutter or fork. (don't over mix just until crumbly)
2. In a bowl add in all your wet ingredients and whisk together.
3. Add wet mixture to dry ingredient bowl and mix together with fork just until combined.
4. Mix in your fruit I added raspberries. Mix in add some flour to your board and fold mixture together.
5. On a cookie sheet form dough into small circle and cut into 8 small triangles.
6. Put the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for a minimum of 10 min and preheat your oven now to 400 degrees.
7. Brush on a bit of heavy cream to the top of your scones and separate on cookie sheet to have space in between them.
8. Bake for a total of 20 min or until lightly browned.
