Strawberry Cream Cheese Jello

Ingredients:

-2 boxes of Strawberry Jello (6oz)

-2 boxes of Cream Cheese (8oz)

-2 cans of condensed milk

-fresh strawberries for décor on top

-7 cups of water

Directions:

1. Add 7 cups of water to pot simmer on medium low and mix in jello mix stir until completely dissolved. (turn off and let cool a bit)

2. In a blender add 1 block of cream cheese, 1 can of condensed milk and half of the jello water mixture (blend until smooth and silky)

3. Pour mixture into mold or baking dish

4. Repeat step 2 and then add mixture to mold or baking dish

5. Cover and refrigerate for about 20-30 min then add diced strawberries on top

6. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
