Smothered Porkchops

Ingredients:
-Bone in Porkchops (not to thick) (4-6 pieces)
-1/2 white onion (thinly sliced)
-1 bell pepper (thinly sliced)
-2-3 garlic cloves (minced)
-1 serrano chile (cut in half)
-3 cups of cold water (mix in 1 1/2 tablespoons of chicken bouillon and 1 tablespoon of Corn starch)
-Seasoning (black pepper, Cajun seasoning and salt)
Directions:
1. In a pan add in a bit of oil and heat on high...
2. Season both sides of chops with black pepper, Cajun seasoning and salt and sear them until browned on both sides.
3. Take out chops and put to the side.
4. Remove some of the excess oil and add in bell pepper and onions and saute
5. Add minced garlic and chile and saute until combined.
6. Mix in water mixture and let simmer and add in pork and put on lid and simmer on low. This will finish cooking the pork. Simmer for about 15 minutes this will make the pork tender.
