Pasta Fagioli Soup

Ingredients:
-1lb lean ground beef
-4 garlic cloves (minced)
-2 Zucchini (Diced)
-3 carrots (Diced)
-1/2 white onion (diced finely)
-3 Celery stems (diced)
-1package of Italian seasoning (Good Seasons-Dressing & Recipe seasoning)
-2 tablespoons of dried basil
-2 cans of Northern beans (rinsed and drained)
-2 cans of Kidney Beans (rinsed and drained)
-2 cans of diced tomatoes
-1/2 box of small elbow pasta (or any small sized pasta)
-2 cartons of Vegetable broth (32oz)
Seasoning:
Garlic salt, Pepper and chicken bouillon (to taste)
Directions:
In a pot add a little vegetable oil and start browning the ground beef.
Add in diced onion and minced garlic cloves mix with meat on med/high. Season meat with garlic salt and black pepper.
Mix in diced carrots, zucchini and celery. Combine everything together and sauté until veggies sweat a little bit and get a bit tender.
Add in all your beans that have been drained and rinsed. As well as your diced tomatoes. Mix all together.
Add in Vegetable broth and stir together.
Season with pack of Italian seasoning packet, chicken bouillon and more pepper if needed. (Season to taste)
Bring to a boil and add in 1/2 a box of small pasta mix and simmer on low until pasta is tender. (Take off heat when done)
