Sausage (Kielbasa) Pasta

Ingredients:
-1 beef Sausage kielbasa (slice)
-1 green bell pepper (slice thinly)
-1/2 onion (slice thinly)
-1 pkg of dried pasta (bow tie is great)
-16 oz of heavy cream
-3/4 cup of parmesan cheese
-1/2 stick of butter
-2 tablespoons of flour
Seasoning: Season with pepper and garlic salt
Directions:
1. Add water to a pot and boil it for you to add in pasta (salt and add a bit of oil for pasta not to stick)
2. In a skillet add in a bit of vegetable oil and add in sausage and brown on all sides
3. Add in bell pepper and onion and saute until a bit softened (then remove and set aside for a bit)
4. Add in butter to oil that is in pan, add in flour and cook out for about 1 min.
5. Add in heavy cream and use a whisk to make sure there are no clumps. Season with pepper and a bit of garlic salt. (don't over salt because you will be adding cheese)
6. Add in Cheese and whisk until combined.
7. Add in cooked pasta and Sausage and bell pepper onion mixture (combine all together) Add more cheese on top if you want!
