Sausage & Bacon Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
-1 lb of breakfast sausage or mild Italian sausage (ground)
-7 eggs
-1 cup of milk
-1 cup of shredded cheese (any flavor you like)
-1 Crescent rolls (8oz)
-1/2 pack of bacon (diced)
-1 serrano pepper (finely diced)
-1/4 piece of onion (diced)
(ground pepper to taste)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a pan combine ground sausage and bacon with a bit of vegetable oil and until all meats are browned. Add in diced onion and jalapeño and sauté for a minute. (drain all excess oil)
3. In a bowl crack all eggs and whisk with milk and a bit of pepper until all combined.
4. In a baking dish (11x17) add a bit of cooking spray and then roll out crescent roll on bottom of dish until bottom is covered by dough.
5. Layer meat and onion mixture on top of dough and then add in egg mixture.
6. Add cheese to top of casserole and bake for 30-35 min until fully cooked.
