Roast Beef Sandwich

Ingredients:
-1 Chuck Roast (cook in Crockpot 6-8 hrs on high)
-3/4 Tablespoons soy sauce
-1 package of Lipton Onion Soup
-2 tablespoons of Beef Bouillon
-1 per person Crusty Rolls (found in local bakery)
Toppings:
-1/2 white onion (thinly sliced)
-1/2 Green pepper (thinly sliced)
-Slices of Cheese (pepper jack, provolone, swiss whatever is your fave)
-2 tablespoons of butter
Season with Garlic Salt.
Directions:
1. In a crockpot add 3 cups of cold water, season with beef bouillon, soy sauce and add in Roast cover with Lipton onion soup mix and set on high for 6-8 hrs until tender.
2. In a pan add in butter, onion and green peppers and season with a bit of garlic salt and sauté until caramelized.
3. Cut bread in half not all the way through but almost and add a bit of mayo in order to toast. Toast just a bit enough to warm through.
4. Pull out some of the meat and add on a plate shred it and add cheese slices on top in order for the cheese to start melting add some of the beef drippings for the meat to absorb.
5. Layer your sandwich with meat, cheese, bell peppers & onions, and if you like add spicy mustard.
6. Use some drippings from the chuck to dunk the sandwich in for extra flavor.
