Meaty Lasagna

Ingredients:

-1 pack of Italian Sausage (sweet or hot)

-1 can of prego sauce

-1 box of lasagna pasta

-1 1/2 cups of Mozzarella

-1 1/2 cups of Mexican blend cheese

-1 green bell pepper (diced)

-1/2 onion (diced)

-4 garlic cloves (minced)

-dried or fresh basil for seasoning

-Season with pepper and salt if needed

Directions:

1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees

2. Boil water and cook pasta as directed

4. In pan add a bit of oil and break up sausage and start browning add in bell pepper, onion and minced garlic.

5. Season with dried or fresh basil and pepper.

6. Add in sauce and let simmer with lid on season with salt of needed.

7. In baking dish layer the pasta then sauce then sprinkle on cheese blends then repeat.

8. Bake for 30-35 min at 375 degrees with foil and last 5 min add a bit more cheese on top and let brown a bit.

9. Once done let sit for 5-10 min before you cut into it!
