Lasagna Roll Ups

Ingredients:
Filling:
-1-2 chicken breast (shredded)
-1 container of Ricotta Cheese (32 oz)
-1/2 onion
-Fresh or dried basil 2 tablespoons
-2 Garlic cloves (minced)
-1 cup of parmesan cheese
Sauce:
-1/2 cup of butter
-drizzle vegetable oil
-1/4 cup of flour
-4 cups of heavy cream
-1 cup of parmesan
(Season with garlic salt and black pepper)
-1 box of Lasagna pasta (cook-al dente)
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 375.
2. Cook Lasagna pasta per directions on box (al dente) not mushy!
3. In a bowl add cooked shredded chicken, ricotta cheese and cup of parmesan cheese.
4. In a pan add a little oil and butter and sauté 1/2 onion fresh or dried basil and minced garlic until onion is translucent. Add this mixture to chicken mixture. Mix all together.
5. In the same sauce pan that you cooked the onions in lets make the sauce. Add 1/2 cup of butter and drizzle vegetable oil and add 1/4 cup of flour mix that for about 1-2 minutes. add in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with garlic salt and black pepper and add in parmesan cheese (taste and make sure its season perfectly)!
6. Oil your baking dish in order for pasta not to stick lay out lasagna and add chicken mixture to each roll and then roll up add to baking dish.. Once your done add sauce to top of pasta and bake in oven for 30-35 minutes until nice and bubbly. (you can add shredded cheese on top if you would like)
