Green Salsa

Ingredients:

-4-5 Roma Tomatoes

-6 Tomatillos

-3 Serrano Peppers (take stems off)

-6 Chile de Arbol (dried) in the Mexican spices (take stems off)

-1 bunch of cilantro

-4-5 garlic cloves

-Salt (to taste)


Directions:

1. In a small pot wash and add in tomatoes, tomatillos, serrano peppers, garlic and chile de arbol.

2. Add in water just until everything is barely covered

3. Bring to boil and let simmer for 10 min or until everything is soft and tender.

4. In a blender add all of the contents with a tad bit of the water (leave out the rest) and add in washed cilantro bunch and blend away.

5. Put in glass container and taste if it needs salt add salt and mix. This should last at least a week and a couple of days in your fridge! (LET IT COOL COMPLETLY BEFORE PUTTING IN FRIDGE)
