Greek Salad

Ingredients:

-3 Cucumber (Peeled and cut unto half's/crescents)

-1 container cherry tomatoes (cut in half)

-1/2 Red Onion (cubed)

-1/2 Green Bell Pepper (cubed)

-1 Red or orange Bell Pepper (cubed)

-1 (4oz) container of feta cheese


Dressing:

-1 cup red wine vinegar

-1/2 cup olive oil

-1 pack of Italian Seasoning


In a small container mix vinegar, olive oil and Italian seasoning and then add to veggie bowl and mix taste and if needed season with salt and pepper.


Directions:

  1. Cut all your veggies and add into big bowl.

  2. In a small container mix vinegar, olive oil and Italian seasoning and then add to veggie bowl and mix, taste and if needed season with salt and pepper.

  3. Let sit in fridge for no less than 30 min and then when serving add feta cheese on top!
