Firecracker Chicken

Ingredients:
-2 large chicken breasts (season with salt and pepper)
-2 eggs (whisk together)
-1/3 cup of corn starch
For the sauce
-1/2 cup of brown sugar
-1/3 cup buffalo sauce
-1 tsp of red pepper flakes or sambal sauce
-2 tbsp. of rice vinegar
Directions:
1. Cut up chicken into small chunks and season with garlic salt and pepper
2. Dredge chicken with corn starch (make sure all chicken is coated with corn starch)
3. In a non-stick pan add vegetable oil and heat up.
4. Dunk chicken into egg mixture and add into pan with oil. Make sure chicken gets browned on both sides.
5. Get a cookie sheet and line with foil so the chicken doesn't stick.
6. Add chicken to cookie sheet.
7. In a bowl add in brown sugar, buffalo sauce, sambal sauce and rice vinegar. Mix together.
8. Drizzle the sauce all over chicken and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. (after chicken is in for 10 min toss chicken with sauce and then let bake for the rest of the time)
