Easy Mexican Rice

Ingredients:
-1 cup of Jasmin Rice
-5 tablespoons vegetable oil
-2 garlic cloves (Minced)
-3 tablespoon of Tomato Paste
-Tomato Chicken Bouillon (Add in little by little until it tastes amazing)
-2 cups of water
Directions:
1. Heat up vegetable oil in small pot until its hot.
2. Add in rice and mix until rice is puffy and toasted.
3. Take pot off heat and add in minced garlic and tomato paste. Sauté all together.
4. Put pot back on high heat and add in water and tomato chicken bouillon (to taste).
5. Bring pot up to a boil and put on lid. put pot on low until completely cooked!
