-1 dozen eggs
-2 tablespoons of white vinegar
-1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
-2 tablespoons of mayo
-pepper to taste
-Chile powder or paprika (dash on top when done)
Directions:
1. In a pot add in eggs, white vinegar and water just enough to cover the eggs. Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes. Turn off and let sit for another 5 minutes then let cool and peel.
2. Cut eggs long ways and take out yolk and add to small bowl.
3. With a fork or small whisk crush all the yolk until its fine and crumbly.
4. To your bowl of crushed yolks add in mayo, mustard and pepper mix until smooth like texture. (Taste and if it need a bit more mayo or pepper or mustard add it now)
5. Grab a small plastic sandwich bag and add your smooth yolk mixture into it. Cut the tip and use to fill your eggs with the cream! This makes it a lot easier to fill.
6. Sprinkle with a dash of chile powder or paprika...
ENJOY!!
