Crockpot Roast

Ingredients:

-1 Chuck Roast (boneless 3-4lbs)

-4 cups of water (dissolve 2 tablespoons of Beef Bouillon)

-1 packet of Lipton soup

-1 or 2 sprigs of Rosemary (fresh or dry)

-Seasonings: black pepper and garlic salt


Directions:

1. In crockpot add in 4 cups of water with the beef bouillon dissolved into it.

2. Add in the whole roast

3. Sprinkle in a bit of garlic salt and black pepper over roast.

4. Add packet of Lipton soup over the roast and rosemary sprigs.


Cook on high for 6-8 hours. (It is very tender pull apart when done)..
