Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

-6-8 red potatoes

-1/2 block of cream cheese (room temp)

-1/2 stick of butter (room temp)

-1 cup of heavy cream

Seasoning: Salt and Black Pepper


Directions:

1. Peel your potatoes and add in a pot add water until they are covered. (bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are done)

2. Once done drain water from pot of potatoes add in heavy cream and bring to a quick simmer.

3. In a mixer add in your potatoes and use a paddle in order to mix. Add in salt, pepper, cream cheese and butter and heavy cream mix until desired texture. Taste and if it needs to salt add at this time... Add a bit of butter to top just to make it extra buttery!
