Chicken Tortellini Soup

Ingredients:
-2 Chicken thighs or chicken breast (diced)
-3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
-4 carrots (diced)
-3 celery stocks (diced)
-1lb of cheese Tortellini
-1 package of Spinach (3 handfuls)
-9 cups of water
-3 tablespoons of Knorr Chicken Bouillon
-1 cup of half and half or heavy cream
Seasoning: Black Pepper, Garlic Salt and Creole Seasoning (I love Tony's)
Directions:
In a stock pot add a little bit of vegetable oil and heat up.
Add in diced chicken and minced garlic and season with black pepper, garlic salt and Creole seasoning. Cook for a few minutes until chicken starts turning a bit white.
Add in diced carrots and celery stir for a few minutes and start sweating the veggies.
Add in the water with the chicken bouillon and mix all together bring to a boil and turn down the heat to medium-low.
Add in tortellini and let cook up for a bit. Add in 3 handfuls of spinach and half and half. Taste stock and add any additional seasoning if needed.
