Blackened Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

-1-2 Chicken Breasts (sliced thinly)

-1 Green Bell Pepper (sliced thinly)

-1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced thinly)

-1 bunch of Asparagus (cut into quarters)

-1/4 piece of red onion (sliced thinly)

-1 tomato (dice)

-1 1/2 cup of heavy cream or whipping cream

-1-2 fresh garlic cloves (minced)

-1 cup of Parmesan cheese

-1 box of Pasta (Whatever is your favorite or have on hand)

Seasnoning: Garlic Salt, Black pepper, Tony's Creole Seasoning (any brand is fine), Taco Seasoning


Directions:

  1. Add water, salt and a bit of oil to water and bring to boil (cook pasta until al dente)

  2. Cut chicken in very thin slices and season with all your seasonings on both sides.

  3. In a pan add a bit of vegetable oil and get really hot. Add in thinly cut chicken slices and sear on both sides it will cook very fast because they are thinly cut. (set aside on a plate and let rest while you make everything else)

  4. In the same pan add in all your cut veggies and stir fry with your garlic (minced) let cook for a bit until your veggies get a little soft then add in your cream and let bubble for a bit. Add in 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and taste and season with any additional salt and pepper.

  5. Add in cooked pasta and stir and incorporate with sauce.

  6. Slice your chicken that has been resting and add to the top of your pasta dish.

  7. Garnish with a handful of parmesan cheese.
