Bacon wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients:
-1 pack of bacon
-1 2lb bag of shrimp (raw, deveined, tail-on) (if frozen thaw out)
-1 white onion (thinly slice)
-1 jalapeño (thinly slice)
-1 big Green Bell Pepper (thinly slice)
-1 cup of Mozzarella cheese
Seasoning (Tony's Creole Seasoning and Garlic Salt)
Directions:
Rinse shrimp and drain water.
Cut bacon into 4 equal parts
Wrap bacon on shrimp
You can bake shrimp on cookie sheet in oven at 400 degrees for 14-15 min just flip 1/2 way through cooking process. Or you can cook on skillet with vegetable oil on med high until shrimp and bacon are cooked through. Or you can use an Air Fryer like used to cook them at 350 degrees for 14 minutes they come out perfect.
In a pan add in 2 tablespoons of butter and a splash of olive oil or veggie oil. Let it get very hot and add in all your veggies to give them a hard sear sauté just enough to get them tender (season with Tony's Creole Seasoning and a bit of garlic salt).
When shrimp is done add on top of veggies and sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and add lit to pan for cheese to melt for no more than 1 min.
Pair with Mexican Rice, White Rice or just like that.
