Asparagus Cream Cheese Tart

Ingredients:
-1 pkg of Puff Pastry
-1 8oz Cream cheese
-1/4 white onion (diced)
-1 cup of heavy cream or 2% milk
-1 bunch of Asparagus
-Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
(season with pepper and garlic salt)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. In a pan add a bit of butter and onion until a bit soft.
3. Add in cream and cream cheese whisk until cream cheese gets soft all the way. (Season with pepper and garlic salt)
4. On a cookie sheet add a little cooking oil and make sure its covered. Roll out puff pastry onto cookie sheet.
5. Add cream cheese mixture to puff pastry and make sure to leave a bit of an edge for the puff pastry to puff.
6. Wash and cut off lower stems of asparagus and add to top of puff pastry. (Lay across)
7. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese all over tart
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
