Crab & Cream Cheese Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

-1 package of won ton wrappers

-1 package of imitation crab

-1 block of cream cheese (8oz)

-1/2 cup of green onion

-Garlic Salt to taste


Directions:

1. In a mixer blend cream cheese until smooth add garlic salt.

2. Add in crab and chives and mix.

3. Lay out won ton wrappers and use small amount of water to moisten the corners and filling to middle and role and tuck in corners as you go.

4. Oil a non stick pan and turn to hi for oil can get hot. Turn down to medium and line your egg rolls on pan. Turn to brown all sides of egg rolls.
